Reporting to the Site Director, your role is to support the growth of the site and strengthen human resources management as close to the field as possible.

Here are your missions:

• Management of IRP,
• Recruitment (CDI, temporary staffing) and training,
• Professionalization of HR practices,
• Securing processes,
• Support for operational managers,
• Any other transverse subject to be worked on with the Management and/or the Group.

With higher education in Human Resources, you have proven experience as a Site HRD, imperatively acquired in an industrial environment, ideally metallurgical or similar.

This position is intended for an operational profile, capable of reconciling HR vision, social management, change management, and a sense of collective effort. Your ease in social dialogue, your rigor, your ability to structure, and your taste for moving industrial environments will be decisive assets for succeeding in this function.

You speak English and are comfortable with IT subjects.
