We are now seeking an experienced Engineering Project Lead for an exciting consulting assignment in Södertälje. In this role, you will drive projects, programs, and improvement initiatives together with cross-functional teams, as well as ensure high quality, efficient governance, and successful deliveries.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex technical projects and initiatives
• Follow up on budget, goals, risks, and resource planning

• Report status and results to management and steering groups
• Collaborate with multiple functions and stakeholders

• Drive improvement work and ensure delivery quality
• Work according to established processes, standards, and governance models

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering, engineering sciences, management, data analysis, or equivalent
• 8–12 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management

• Experience in financial follow-up and reporting to management level
• Experience with PPM tools and BI systems

• Accustomed to working in complex organizations and cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders

• Fluent English in speech and writing
