You will be looking after an established & successful UK salesforce, nurturing and developing these individuals to be the best versions of themselves and therefore growing UK revenues, as well as working with your own contacts to generate additional business. Our Client sells to contractors, consultants & end users and the projects are fulfilled by electrical wholesalers, so you will need to be used to working with this process. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and influence at all levels, have a strong understanding of the electrical and lighting marketplaces with a sound grasp of electrical principals and commercial electrical installation practices, as well as a track record of successfully managing a salesforce with excellent man management skills, attention to detail, working knowledge and an advocate of CRM systems with strong computer literacy.
