General Accountant

Hayaa Fashion is looking for a General Accountant with medium-level experience to join our accounting team in Nasr City. The role covers full day-to-day accounting for our branches, with a focus on inventory and sales tracking in the ready-made clothing sector.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full general accounting cycle (journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable)

Record and track daily financial transactions across all four branches

Prepare periodic financial reports using advanced Excel

Enter and follow up on data in the company's ERP system

Track inventory and sales, linking them to financial reports

Assist with periodic stock counts and reconciliations between branches

Coordinate daily with branch teams on financial notes or discrepancies

1-3 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably in retail or the clothing sector

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, financial functions, data analysis)

Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent

Strong communication skills and good soft skills (organized, professional when dealing with branches and colleagues)

High accuracy and commitment to reporting deadlines
