Area Manager - Retail
Hayaa Fashion is a leading Egyptian modest fashion brand (since 2014) with branches in Cairo, Giza, Zagazig, and Mansoura, plus an online store. We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Manager – Retail to oversee our branches and lead our retail team toward achieving operational and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple branches
Lead, motivate, and develop Branch Managers and retail teams
Set, monitor, and follow up on sales targets & KPIs
Analyze branch performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement effective action plans to improve sales and operations
Ensure consistent customer service and Hayaa Fashion standards across all branches
Plan staffing needs, schedules, and team development in coordination with HR
Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and employee performance
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
Conduct regular branch visits and provide coaching and feedback
Coordinate with HR, Warehouse, Online Sales, and other departments
Prepare regular reports and present performance insights and recommendations to management
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on retail leader who understands people, numbers, operations, and planning, with a strong interest in Fashion Retail and preferably Modest Fashion. Location: Cairo (with regular visits to all branches) Working Days: 6 days/week
3+ years of experience in Retail Management
Previous experience managing multiple branches is highly preferred
Experience in Fashion Retail is preferred
Background in Modest Fashion is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of Retail KPIs, sales analysis, and performance management
Good background in management, planning, and team development
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze performance and turn insights into actionable plans
Willingness to travel regularly between branches (Cairo, Giza, Zagazig, Mansoura)
Very good command of MS Office
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
