Pharmacist In Charge

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive counseling for every new prescription

Conduct one-on-one pharmacist–patient consultations

Triage walk-in patients and assess medication-related needs

Recommend appropriate OTC therapies and refer patients to primary care or ER when necessary

Serve as a highly accessible healthcare provider, especially for Spanish-speaking patients

Administer immunizations and provide vaccine education

Ensure safe, accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance

Support inventory management and prescription adjudication

Build lasting relationships with patients and families

Qualifications Active New Jersey Pharmacist License (REQUIRED)

Prior community or retail pharmacy experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Passion for patient education and counseling

Ability to make sound clinical decisions

Spanish-speaking highly preferred

Immunization certification required

Business-minded approach to inventory and workflow management
