JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic Warehouse team at our regional headquarters in Atlanta as a Warehouse Technician. Embark on an exciting journey within the rapidly expanding US sports technology market, collaborating with major leagues like NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA.

As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll be instrumental in supporting office-based and on-site operations within the ever-evolving sports technology industry. In this role, you’ll contribute to the success of our operations by managing inventory, building and supporting hardware, and coordinating logistics.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations:

  • Maintain a clean and functional work environment, including work stations, meeting rooms, warehouse shelving, freight areas, etc.
  • Receive, track, and organize incoming hardware shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System(WMS), along with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite to support shipping operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate inventory information to hardware team based on current stock levels
  • Support warehouse logistics, including moving and preparing pallets for hardware storage, shipment and deployment
  • Assist with new equipment preparation and setup to support office and on-site operations
  • Maintain the quality, organization and cleanliness of rental kits and equipment
  • Assemble specialized kits supporting on-site installations and upgrades

Technical:

  • Troubleshoot professional-grade hardware, test components, identify failures, and prepare broken equipment for shipment to suppliers
  • Perform hardware builds and functional testing of equipment prior to deployment
  • Assist with hardware configuration, connectivity checks, and basic troubleshooting of technical systems
  • Support 3D printing productions through monitoring prints, filament changes, and inserting hardware

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, think analytically and problem solve
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
  • Ability to work independently, assess priorities and organize workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to regularly lift and move equipment up to 50-60lbs
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required
  • Willingness to perform any reasonable duties as assigned
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support (up to 7 days per year)

Preferred

  • Experience working with tools and equipment safely, with awareness of personal and team safety responsibilities
  • Experience with Click-up/Google Suite
  • Fusion 360 and 3D printing experience is a plus
