Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement plans based on project requirements and approved budgets. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of construction and interior finishing materials. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and ensure value for money. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and inventory teams to confirm material specifications and delivery timelines. Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular purchasing reports. Ensure materials meet approved quality standards and specifications. Build and maintain reliable supplier relationships.

Requirements:
