Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

In-store execution: Visit assigned stores weekly to check stock levels, ensure proper product display, and maintain brand visibility Inventory & replenishment: Monitor product availability, report low stock, and coordinate with stores/distributors for restocking New business development: Identify and pitch to new stores, salons, and beauty retailers to expand our market presence Brand advocacy: Educate store staff and customers about product benefits, USPs, and promotions Sales tracking: Collect sales data, competitor activity, and pricing insights from stores and submit weekly reports Promotions: Support in-store activations, product demos, and campaigns when needed Relationship management: Build strong relationships with store managers and attendants to secure prime shelf space

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
