Your tasks

Provide specialized advice to guests in the selection of wines and other beverages, providing personalized, high-level service through knowledge of labels, wine regions, grape varieties, and pairings. Contribute to guest satisfaction and compliance with the quality and service standards of Haven Riviera Cancún.

Advise guests in the selection of wines according to their tastes, preferences, dishes, and budget, as applicable.

Present and serve wines according to protocols for etiquette, temperature, glassware, corkage, and tasting.

Recommend pairings between wines and food in coordination with the kitchen and service team.

Support the updating and review of wine lists, verifying labels, vintages, availability, and authorized prices.

Verify storage conditions, preservation, temperature, and wine rotation.

Requirements

Know the main wine regions, grape varieties, denominations of origin, and characteristics of the available labels.

Participate in inventories, requisitions, receiving merchandise, and stock control, following internal procedures.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 20 and 40 years Keywords: junior
