General Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations and departmental performance. Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of company targets. Lead, motivate and manage staff to deliver results. Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion. Manage key client and stakeholder relationships. Prepare regular performance reports for the MD.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field. 3 years’ relevant experience, with management experience. Proven track record in business development or operations. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Commercially driven with strong problem-solving abilities. Real estate experience is an added advantage.
