• Greet and direct guest to designated room/table and ensuring necessary and appropriate actions are taken to delight customers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
• Answering client questions about promotions, products, prices, and availability.
