Religious Tourism Operation Specialist

Havana Travel is hiring a Religious Tourism Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Hajj and Umrah bookings and operations.
• Handle hotel reservations, transportation and travel arrangements.

• Follow up on visa procedures and required documents.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels and service providers.

• Manage and follow up on group bookings and travelers.
• Use Amadeus and other relevant tourism systems.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in religious tourism, Hajj & Umrah operations or travel agencies.
• Good knowledge of Hajj & Umrah procedures and operations.

• Experience with Amadeus and flight bookings.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English is preferred.
