What tasks await you:

In your role as Team Leader Service Support (m/f/d) for Conversions, Modifications & Extensions, you will take on a central function to provide our customers with tailor-made solutions and first-class service. Your tasks include:

• Technical leadership and coordination of the teams at the Ranstadt and Neunkirchen locations to ensure smooth cooperation and high service quality.
• Acting as a trusted and competent contact person for our customers and interested parties in the area of Service Support Conversion / Modification.
• Recording and analyzing customer requirements as well as checking technical feasibility in close cooperation with internal departments such as Engineering, Testing Department, Purchasing, Assembly, and suppliers.
• Technical consulting for the optimization and modification of existing packaging systems, including conversions, modernizations, measures to increase performance, ensuring spare parts availability, switching to other packaging materials, and digitalization.
• Independent acquisition and active approach to customers to generate new projects and expand existing customer relationships.
• Maintenance and further development of customer contacts as well as implementation of measures for customer recovery.
• Creation and calculation of conversion offers that are individually tailored to our customers' needs.
• Participation in events and active maintenance of networks to further strengthen the market presence of Hassia Verpackungsmasch. GmbH.

With your expertise and commitment, you will contribute significantly to offering our customers innovative and sustainable solutions and further expanding our company's position as a leading provider in the field of packaging machines.

What you bring:

You convince through a successfully completed degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or through training as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Master Craftsman, supplemented by sound basic commercial knowledge. Ideally, you have several years of relevant technical professional experience in the packaging sector, which makes you an expert in your field. Experience in coordinating service processes or teams is a clear advantage, as is initial leadership experience, which underlines your strong communication skills. You are business fluent in English and move confidently and confidently in an international environment. Your profile is rounded off by technical know-how, a structured and reliable way of working, and a confident appearance. A strong customer orientation and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations distinguish you.
