Hashem Brothers for Essential Oils & Aromatic Products is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Costing & Inventory Control supervisor to lead costing, inventory governance, and fixed-asset control across our diverse businesses. The role is central to strengthening financial discipline across agricultural operations, essential-oil extraction, natural ingredients, flavors & fragrances, manufacturing, warehouses, and affiliated companies. The successful candidate will work closely with Accounting, Operations, Procurement, Warehousing, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure reliable cost information, accurate stock records, and sound management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Group-wide product, process, and activity costing, covering materials, labor, utilities, packaging, overheads, and manufacturing variances.

Maintain cost-center structures and ensure accurate cost and revenue allocation by company, activity, product line, site, warehouse, and business unit.

Review bills of materials, yields, consumption, routings, and cost drivers to ensure accurate product costing and margin reporting.

Oversee inventory controls for raw materials, packaging, work in progress, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables across all sites and entities.

Lead stock and cycle counts; reconcile physical inventory with ERP and accounting records, investigate variances, and follow up corrective actions.

Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, expired, and non-moving inventory; recommend provisions, transfers, disposal, or optimization actions.

Ensure accurate inventory valuation, closing-stock reporting, costing entries, and reconciliations at monthly and annual close.

Maintain the fixed-assets register, including capitalization, coding, location tracking, transfers, disposals, verification, depreciation, and general-ledger reconciliation.

Provide reliable cost and inventory data for budgets, forecasts, pricing, profitability analysis, and management reporting.

Strengthen costing, inventory, and fixed-asset policies, procedures, ERP controls, reporting, and internal controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience , including at least 2 years in cost accounting within manufacturing, processing, FMCG, agricultural, chemical, food, ingredients, or similar operational environments.

Strong practical knowledge of inventory control, inventory valuation, physical counts, work-in-progress, and obsolete-stock analysis.

Demonstrable experience in fixed-asset management, asset registers, capitalization, depreciation, asset movements, disposals, and physical verification.

Strong understanding of cost centers, production costing, standard versus actual costs, overhead allocation, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and inventory-management modules is highly preferred.

Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, leadership capability, and the confidence to work closely with operational teams.

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
