A global Financial Services technology business are currently seeking a Director/Manager level Employee Relations specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The role is available on a hybrid basis and requires in-depth ER knowledge across HR and legal.

£600 - £700pd via Umbrella Company / PAYE

Essential Requirements: Experience working in complex, global environments Confident working in a fast paced and pressurised environment Background/ knowledge in law, bringing a strong employment law capability Experience across the UK, Ireland and European markets. CIPD qualified, or equivalent Deep HR expertise with demonstrable experience in Employee Relations. Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
