We run a lean, performance-driven team with direct access to management, developer partnerships, and an in-house paid lead-generation engine. The Role We are looking for experienced brokers who already know how to close in Dubai and want a platform that feeds them quality leads instead of cold-call lists. You will advise investors and end-users on luxury residential purchases, manage the full transaction cycle, and represent Harvey & Harris with the professionalism our clients expect.

Your tasks

What You Will Do • Convert company-generated leads (Meta campaigns and inbound enquiries) and your own network into closed transactions • Advise clients on off-plan launches, payment plans, and secondary-market opportunities across prime Dubai communities • Conduct viewings, developer presentations, and investment consultations • Manage the deal from reservation to SPA, Oqood/title transfer, and handover • Keep the CRM accurate and up to date; report pipeline weekly • Complete client KYC and AML documentation in line with UAE regulations
