Automotive Spare Parts Procurement Specialist

-Manage the procurement cycle for automotive spare parts and fleet maintenance requirements. -Source, identify, and evaluate reliable suppliers and service providers. -Request, receive, and analyze quotations from different suppliers. -Prepare commercial comparisons and provide purchasing recommendations. -Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial conditions. -Issue Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers until successful delivery. -Coordinate with Fleet, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to understand requirements and priorities. -Ensure the availability of critical spare parts to minimize vehicle downtime. -Monitor market prices and identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. -Maintain an updated supplier database and spare parts price records. -Follow up on delayed, incorrect, or defective items and coordinate corrective actions. -Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, delivery, and service. -Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. -Prepare regular procurement reports and follow up on pending Purchase Orders.

-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive spare parts procurement / Fleet procurement. -Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle maintenance requirements. -Proven experience dealing with local spare parts suppliers and automotive markets. -Strong negotiation and communication skills. -Good analytical and problem-solving skills. -Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. -Experience with ERP systems is preferred. -Good command of English is preferred.
