Tasks

• Development and industrialization of all necessary manufacturing processes within the framework of commissioned projects, including planning, procurement, and implementation of the required production equipment
• Evaluation of concept studies as well as potential projects regarding technical and economic feasibility
• Participation in the professional further development of the product development process as well as relevant methods and standards
• Support in the establishment of new development locations
• Proactive communication with employees, supervisors, and international interfaces
• Active knowledge transfer in the global operational environment and ensuring sustainable process knowledge

Profile

• Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification; alternatively relevant professional experience and proven specialist knowledge
• 1–5 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Technical understanding as well as experience in production-related development processes
• Knowledge in project management and in working with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with relevant engineering methods, including design for manufacturing, economic process evaluation, and technical analysis procedures
