Hartevelt Fashion Fulfilment is a family business that started as a dry cleaner in Zeist in 1945. Four generations later, we are a full-service fulfilment partner for fashion companies. From our warehouse of over 21,000 m² in De Meern, we manage the complete logistical process: goods receipt, order processing, packing, returns processing, reconditioning, and cleaning. Your tasks
Every day, large numbers of packages leave Hartevelt to go to the customers of our fashion companies. Sometimes something goes wrong along the way. A box doesn't arrive or a delivery is incomplete, and our client wants to know quickly what is happening. Because we hold the contracts with the carriers, we are responsible for that support. As a logistics support employee, you are the link between our clients, our packing department, and carriers such as DHL, DPD, and UPS. You investigate, coordinate with all parties, and ensure that every report is properly completed. You can start immediately, or later in consultation.
Requirements
- You speak and write English well, Dutch is a plus
- Preferably, you have experience in logistics, customer service, or another support function
- You are a true problem-solver and only let go of a report once you know what happened
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when many emails arrive at once
- You communicate clearly and friendly with clients and carriers
- You don't mind stepping in on the warehouse floor as well
