THE ROLE You are a morning person with a great passion for food and drink and get energy from making others enjoy themselves. You love the daily challenges that come with a dynamic restaurant. You have an informal approach and are naturally hospitable. You are proactive, stay calm under pressure, and are constantly looking for ways to improve.

HARRY'S Harry's is a lively brasserie in Wyck, Maastricht, with a metropolitan feel, a spacious open kitchen, and a bustling bar in the heart of the establishment. We are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and on Sundays for brunch. The menu features timeless brasserie dishes and classics, inspired by French and Mediterranean cuisine. Wine is central at Harry's, with an extensive wine list, plenty of choice by the glass, and special bottles for every occasion. No availability online? Feel free to walk in. In the bar area, we work without reservations, and you can simply take a seat at a table or at the bar. In the summer, our spacious terrace is open.
