THE ROLE

As a dishwasher, you play an important role in the kitchen and are a full member of the kitchen team. You are highly motivated and want to work in a professional and dynamic environment. You enjoy the daily challenges of working in a professional kitchen and remain calm under pressure. You are proactive, have a great sense of responsibility, and assist the kitchen team where necessary during service.

Brasserie Harry's is located in a monumental building in Wyck, Maastricht. The restaurant has a metropolitan look with a lively ambiance, a spacious open kitchen, and a dynamic bar. Harry's is open seven days a week and serves a seasonal menu with contemporary brasserie dishes. Suitable for every occasion and every moment. No fixed order or imposed menu - anything goes, and (almost) anything is allowed. During the summer months, the spacious terrace is open for lunch and dinner.
