Mobile After-Sales Service Assembly Technician (M/F)
As a true field expert, you will ensure the installation, commissioning, and monitoring of equipment directly at customer sites. You will operate in an environment combining mechanics, electricity, automation, and industrial maintenance, with a strong customer relations dimension.
Your main missions:
- Install, assemble, and adjust equipment on-site;
- Perform technical start-ups and functional tests;
- Train users and customer maintenance teams;
- Carry out curative and preventive after-sales service interventions;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic);
- Perform audits on installed equipment;
- Write intervention reports and ensure associated administrative follow-up;
- Report field feedback to the design office, workshop, and quality teams in a continuous improvement logic.
The position is heavily field-oriented with regular travel that can last up to two consecutive weeks depending on the projects. The challenges are centered on equipment reliability, installation quality, and customer satisfaction.
Remuneration and benefits:
- Fixed salary: 38 to 40 KEUR gross/year depending on profile;
- Semi-annual bonus of 1,830 EUR paid in June and December (subject to seniority);
- Profit sharing;
- Mutual insurance and provident fund.
With a minimum of a Bac+2 degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, or equivalent, you ideally have 5 years of field experience in similar roles. Profiles with significant work-study experience (2 to 3 years) will also be considered.
You possess the following skills:
- Reading electrical diagrams;
- Good knowledge of electromechanics;
- Notions in hydraulics and pneumatics;
- Understanding of mechanical plans;
- Use of power tools and handling equipment;
- Ability to connect to automated systems and assist automation engineers during troubleshooting operations;
- Proficiency in office tools;
- Professional English allowing for communication with customers and partners.
