SYSTEM QUALITY AND SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGER - ENGLISH (M/F)

I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a System Quality and Supplier Quality Manager (M/F). Proficiency in English is imperative to apply for this position. In this strategic role, and reporting to the Continuous Improvement and Plant Quality Manager, you will take the reins of quality, both regarding the system and the performance of external partners.

You will be responsible for a team composed of 5 permanent employees, 4 temporary workers, as well as service providers. The position includes driving supplier performance, managing non-conformities, monitoring corrective actions, reporting indicators, and deploying continuous improvement processes.

Your missions You are at the heart of continuous improvement and process reliability:

• You drive and maintain the quality management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards)
• You organize and lead internal audits, and follow up on associated action plans
• You embody a sustainable continuous improvement dynamic
• You lead management reviews and support teams in the evolution of practices

On the supplier side, you are a true conductor:

• You supervise and develop a dedicated team
• You monitor and improve supplier performance
• You manage non-conformities and corrective actions
• You implement relevant indicators and ensure their monitoring
• You create a constructive and demanding relationship with external partners

Key skills

• Management of QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001...)
• Implementation of continuous improvement processes (Lean, PDCA, etc.)
• Management of internal and external audits
• Risk analysis and non-conformity management
• Team management and cross-functional coordination
• Definition and monitoring of performance indicators
• Change management and team support

Education

• Engineering degree or Master's degree with a specialization in QHSE / quality / risk management
• Certifications or additional training in ISO standards and quality tools
• Continuous training in continuous improvement or management

Imperative: Fluent English as regular contact with international suppliers is to be expected
