Embedded Systems Engineer (M/F)
Reporting to the R&D Project Manager, you will participate in the development and fine-tuning of new embedded software functions integrated into the microcontrollers of refrigeration machines, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems.
You will operate in an international environment in collaboration with teams based in France, the United States, China, and India.
Your main missions:
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of embedded software functions;
- Develop control logics and transform them into algorithms;
- Participate in C++ code generation;
- Collaborate with product engineers to guarantee the performance and reliability of the machines;
- Participate in the definition of functional tests;
- Intervene in testing laboratories and at customer sites to analyze technical issues;
- Lead development meetings with software and test teams;
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers;
- Participate in writing technical documentation and training materials.
A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent in industrial computing, embedded systems, or automation, you have significant experience in embedded software development.
Technical skills:
- Mastery of object-oriented development and C++;
- Knowledge of algorithms and UML;
- Mastery of Linux and Windows environments;
- Good understanding of real-time systems and industrial computing;
- Knowledge of communication networks (TCP/IP, serial links);
- Operational technical English is imperative.
Knowledge in electronics, thermodynamics, energy engineering, or electromagnetic compatibility will be appreciated.
