Quality Engineer (M/F)

Reporting to the Production Quality Manager, you are responsible for product compliance and adherence to the Quality policy and normative requirements at all stages of the process.

In daily contact with the Quality, Production, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams, you intervene directly on quality issues encountered in the field.

Your main missions:

• Analyze and resolve quality issues and defects identified in production using problem-solving tools.
• Drive technical improvement actions in collaboration with various departments.
• Ensure the monitoring and analysis of product quality traceability.
• Plan, perform, and monitor process and product audits as well as associated corrective actions.
• Analyze and process non-conformities identified internally or by customers and define the necessary actions.
• Decide on the treatment of non-conforming products and ensure their follow-up.
• Write, update, and deploy quality procedures and instructions.
• Train and support teams in the application of quality standards and procedures.
• Lead working groups focused on quality procedures and standards.
• Manage supplier quality issues: non-conformities, deviations, material traceability, validation of first samples, and monitoring of supplier action plans.

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, you have solid knowledge of industrial environments and processes and are comfortable managing quality issues close to production.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of problem-solving tools: VRS, 9 STEPS, A3.
• Knowledge of processes and quality issues in an industrial environment.
• Mastery of office tools and knowledge of ERP environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Indispensable mastery of English.
