Process Engineer (M/F)

Reporting to the production and maintenance teams, you will act as the technical referent for the site's industrial processes and production equipment. Your role consists of guaranteeing the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the installations within a demanding production context.

In this capacity, you ensure the technical monitoring of equipment by defining preventive and corrective maintenance plans, analyzing operational drifts, and implementing the necessary actions for their resolution. You actively participate in the optimization of process parameters and technical settings in order to improve industrial performance, product quality, and installation availability.

You also intervene on the various control systems and equipment associated with the production lines and contribute to their reliability within a logic of operational excellence.

In parallel, you support operators and line leaders in their technical skill development and participate in the deployment of safety and process best practices across the site. You take part in continuous improvement initiatives by leading root cause analyses, corrective action plans, as well as process optimization projects according to PDCA and CAPA methodologies.

Finally, you regularly exchange with the group's technical teams to contribute to the standardization of practices and the sharing of the best industrial solutions on an international scale.

With a higher education background in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent, you have proven experience of at least five years acquired in a demanding industrial environment.

You master the operation of production equipment in an automated environment and possess solid technical skills in industrial maintenance and process optimization. Knowledge of PLC programming as well as electronics is expected to succeed in this role. Experience in a manufacturing environment with high quality requirements would be a real asset.
