Assistant Industrial CFO M/F

I am Charlotte Lesage, recruitment consultant at Harry Hope, specializing in Finance, Human Resources, and Legal professions in Normandy.

In a context of growth and structuring, I am supporting an international group in the creation of an Assistant Industrial CFO M/F position, fluent in English.

Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Direction, you will act as a true right-hand person, with a key role in the operational management of the finance function and progressive exposure to the group's strategic challenges.

Your responsibilities:

Working closely with the CFO, you will operate across a broad and evolving scope:

Accounting and compliance:

• Supervision of accounting activities and ensuring the reliability of financial data
• Management of closings and contribution to consolidation
• Coordination of relations with auditors and monitoring of tax obligations
• Strengthening of processes and internal control
• Management / leadership of accounting teams

Management control and performance:

• Management of budget processes and forecasts
• Monitoring of KPIs and analysis of operational performance
• Supporting departments in managing their activities
• Production of consolidated reporting for management
• Participation in the structuring of multi-site management control
• Contribution to tool transformation projects (BI, ERP, automation)

Finance and treasury:

• Monitoring of treasury and optimization of WCR
• Securing financial flows and participation in risk management
• Support in the preparation of investments and structuring projects

Remuneration: 65kEUR - 80kEUR depending on profile

Your profile:

• Higher education in finance / accounting (Master's degree, DSCG, business school...)
• Significant experience in a full financial scope (+10 years of experience)
• Solid mastery of accounting issues and management control
• Ability to combine a global vision with an operational approach
• Appetite for transforming and multi-site environments
• Leadership, sense of priorities, and a business partner posture
