Control Laboratory Coordinator (M/F)

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you ensure the coordination and smooth operation of the control laboratory. You guarantee the compliance of the tests performed and ensure respect for requirements regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and HSE. You plan and coordinate the laboratory's activity based on production priorities and customer requirements. You also ensure the monitoring of the equipment fleet, particularly its maintenance, calibration, compliance, and documentation. As a true technical expert, you support the teams, contribute to the development of their skills, and participate in the implementation of new tests as well as the validation of methods. You also ensure the monitoring of outsourced services, participate in the management of the laboratory budget, and represent the activity during audits and customer visits. Finally, you drive continuous improvement actions in order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the laboratory.

With a Bac+2 degree in Physical Measurements, metallurgical testing, or an equivalent field, you have a successful first experience, ideally acquired in an industrial environment. You possess basics in non-destructive testing and are comfortable with writing technical documents and procedures. A minimum English level of B2 is expected in order to be able to communicate in an international context and understand the technical requirements of customers.
