About the company
Our recruitment consultant, Salomé SIMON, is looking for a future Methods and Industrialization Project Manager (M/F) for one of her industrial clients.
Your tasks
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of methods/industrialization projects, while respecting quality, cost, deadline, safety, and regulatory challenges.
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Organize, structure, and manage the different phases of methods/industrialization projects
- Lead project meetings with various internal departments
- Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze the feasibility of proposed technical solutions
- Ensure the development and monitoring of production files
- Define, monitor, and analyze project indicators
- Plan projects and estimate associated workloads
- Manage internal and external stakeholders: suppliers, service providers, clients
- Define qualification and validation tests for industrial tools or means
- Optimize packaging, flows, cycle times, and industrial processes
- Alert in case of deviation or risk of discrepancy from the set objectives
Requirements
With a technical background, you have initial experience in a similar position in an industrial environment. You master project management, manufacturing processes, industrial flows, as well as Lean and IT tools. A B2 level of English is expected. Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and your ability to work transversally with different departments. You are proactive, reactive, adaptable, and comfortable in project management.
