Marketing Product Manager - Perfumery (M/F)
Reporting to the Perfumery Direction and working in close collaboration with the marketing and communication teams, you will contribute to business development by identifying market trends and transforming them into concrete opportunities for the sales and creative teams.
You will ensure regular monitoring of markets, olfactory trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive developments. Based on these analyses, you will identify new development axes and formulate recommendations to guide the offering and future creations.
You will participate in defining the marketing strategy for the business and its operational implementation. You will build the marketing plan and develop the necessary tools and materials to promote collections and creations to clients.
As a true partner to the sales teams, you will transform your analyses into sales arguments and presentations adapted to different markets. You may also accompany them during client meetings, presentations, or professional trade fairs in France as well as internationally.
Your role also places you at the heart of the innovation process. You will support the evaluation of new compositions, analyze their potential, and coordinate exchanges between the different teams to contribute to launch decisions and the development directions of the offering.
The position is based in the Grasse area (06) and involves occasional travel in France and internationally.
It is offered as a full-time CDI.
With a higher education background in marketing, business, or an equivalent field, you have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, offering development, or BtoB marketing.
Experience acquired in the world of perfumery, scented compositions, or within a composition house will be particularly appreciated. Beyond your marketing experience, you possess a true olfactory culture and are able to understand, analyze, and describe a fragrance.
You master the different stages required to move from market analysis to the construction of a marketing recommendation, and then to the promotion of an offering to sales teams and clients.
Comfortable in creating presentations and marketing materials, you are proficient in common office tools as well as solutions such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, or Canva.
As the position has a strong international dimension, you possess fluent professional English, both spoken and written.
Curious and creative, you possess a real product sensitivity and enjoy deciphering trends to bring new opportunities to light. Your organization and autonomy allow you to manage several topics simultaneously, while your interpersonal skills facilitate collaboration with sales, marketing, and creative stakeholders.
If this opportunity suits you, we will be delighted to review your application in complete confidentiality.
