INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (M/F)

I am recruiting for one of my clients, based in the East of Nantes (44), and specializing in the design and manufacture of custom industrial equipment, an expert in industrial performance and project management (M/F).

You will work on high-stakes projects at the intersection of production, project teams, and continuous improvement.

Your role: secure launches, streamline operations, and drive sustainable performance progress.

Your mission You will take charge of project management, from their launch phase until their stabilization in production.

In this capacity, you will:

• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved to guarantee controlled starts (new products, prototypes, process evolutions)
• Build and monitor manufacturing plans while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives
• Identify bottlenecks, arbitrate, and implement concrete solutions to secure deadlines
• Ensure clear and structured reporting to stakeholders
• Participate in the optimization of cost prices and strategic production decisions

In parallel, you are a driver of continuous improvement:

• You deploy performance management tools close to the field
• You support teams in problem-solving and the standardization of practices
• You analyze key indicators (safety, quality, costs, deadlines...) to propose high-impact actions
• You lead optimization projects (organization, flows, ergonomics, digitalization)

You have an Engineering background or equivalent and possess professional experience in project management during the manufacturing phase (at least 2 to 3 years) with multidisciplinary teams, as well as proven experience in continuous improvement management.

You are motivated by cross-functional coordination and are autonomous and responsible for securing the stages of a project in manufacturing. You are comfortable with technical mechanosoldered products. A skill in data Analytics would be a real advantage. You are proficient in English (written and oral) and IT tools (Office suite, and ideally project management tools).
