Experienced Export Transit Agent (M/F)

Your missions Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, you will manage your export files from A to Z:

Transport Organization: Select optimal transport solutions and negotiate rates with service providers.

Operational Management: Monitor the shipment of goods and guarantee compliance with deadlines (Zones: Africa or Indian Ocean).

Documentary Expertise: Ensure the compliance of export documents, master Incoterms, and manage customs formalities.

Customer Relations: Advise clients on technical aspects and inform them in real time about the progress of their shipments.

Financial Management: Invoicing of operations and final control of file profitability.

Conditions and benefits Contract: CDI to be filled in early 2026. Organization: 39h per week on-site. Benefits: RTT, 13th month, company health insurance, profit sharing, and CSE benefits. Remuneration: Based on profile and experience.

I am looking for autonomous, rigorous profiles with good negotiation skills.

Experience: * For the Africa zone: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar export position.

For the Indian Ocean zone: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience (Experienced Profile).

Languages: Operational English is imperative (written and oral).

Technical skills: Mastery of office tools, in-depth knowledge of the export logistics chain and customs regulations.
