Interim IBA Manager

A small Lloyd's Broker is seeking an IBA Manager on an interim basis for 4-6 months.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Operations Director you will have ownership and oversight of Client Money Calculations (CMC), ensure compliance with FCA CASS rules and internal client money procedures, manage and reconcile client money accounts across multiple currencies, oversee cash allocation, insurer settlements, and aged balances, investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and bank accounts, support and contribute to RMAR reporting and regulatory returns, and identify and implement process efficiencies.

Requirements

Applicants must have a proven track record working in IBA accounting / management, be available at short notice, and be able to commit to the length of this contract.
