Client Manager

Multinational Insurance

Our client is looking for an experienced Client Manager to join their global insurance business, taking responsibility for the governance and service delivery of multinational client programmes.

The Role

This is a senior client-focused role, acting as the key link between clients and internal underwriting, claims, operations and network teams. The focus will be on retention, service quality and delivering an excellent client experience, with no business development or broker ownership remit.

• Lead client governance and stewardship meetings.
• Coordinate the delivery and service standards of multinational programmes.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Monitor client satisfaction and service performance.
• Manage complex client escalations and coordinate resolution.
• Drive retention planning and renewal readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client value.
• Support the on-boarding and implementation of multinational programmes.
• Act as the internal voice of the client across underwriting, claims and operations.

About You

You will have strong experience within the insurance industry, ideally working with large corporate or multinational clients.

• Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of complex commercial or multinational insurance programmes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams to deliver for clients.
• The ability to manage complex issues and escalations effectively.
• A strong focus on client retention, service quality and continuous improvement.
