We are now looking for an Activity Guide for our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our international program service operations – guiding our guests safely to unique nature experiences and participating in the development of our activity services.

Your tasks

Safe and professional guidance of guests in various activities (e.g., snowshoeing, snowmobile safaris, northern lights trips, ice fishing, etc.)

Ensuring excellent customer experiences – warm, clear interaction and professional service

Preparation of equipment and maintenance of activity areas

Working in the equipment warehouse

Following safety instructions and the company's operating models

Supporting the development of activity products and daily operations

Reporting to the activity manager

Who are we looking for?

You are responsible, proactive, and enthusiastic about outdoor activities and customer service. You enjoy seasonal work where no two days are exactly the same, and you thrive in an international atmosphere. You have:

Solid experience in guiding or outdoor activities (previous experience from Lapland is considered an advantage)

Good physical fitness and a safety-oriented mindset

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Fluent English language skills; other language skills (e.g., Finnish, German, French) are considered an advantage

A valid B-driver's license

A desire to learn new things and develop your own expertise
