Activity Guide Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas

Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas will open in December 2026 in Torassieppi, Muonio, amidst the landscapes of Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park. We are now looking for guides enthusiastic about experiences, nature, and first-class hospitality for the winter season 2026–2027.

Arcora is a new generation arctic luxury hotel, where northern nature, meticulously designed details, and personalized service form a unique whole. Our guests arrive from all over the world to experience Lapland in a way that feels authentic, peaceful, and meaningful.

As a guide, you are one of Arcora's most important touchpoints. You do not just lead a trip, but you build memories for guests, tell stories about northern nature and life, and ensure that every program is carried out safely, smoothly, and in accordance with Arcora's service promise.

In your role

You will guide, among other things, snowmobile, snowshoe, skiing, northern lights, and other arctic nature experiences. Programs are implemented mainly for small groups and private clients, so the role emphasizes personalized service, anticipation of situations, and the ability to attend to each guest individually.

The work may also include guest transfers, preparation and maintenance of equipment, as well as participating in the daily tasks of activity production. Arcora is a new entity, so you will also have the opportunity to influence the construction of operating methods and the guest experience together with an experienced team.

• previous experience in guiding, tourism, or international customer service
• excellent English language skills
• a calm, reliable, and safety-oriented work attitude
• genuine interest in Lapland's nature, culture, and the arctic lifestyle
• the ability to meet diverse guests warmly and naturally
• initiative, flexibility, and good team spirit
• a valid B-driver's license

Other language skills, first aid knowledge, and experience in snowmobiling, off-road movement, and serving demanding international clients are considered advantages.
