Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in developing modern web solutions, supporting application modernisation initiatives, and helping shape the future of an evolving technology landscape.

The Role and Deliverables

• Develop and enhance internal web applications using React.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Build new functionality and improve existing applications.
• Support the modernisation of Python and Streamlit-based applications.
• Develop solutions that integrate with Snowflake data platforms.
• Contribute to application design, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and development best practices.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with React.
• Experience building and delivering web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Python development experience.
• Experience working within Azure environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Streamlit is beneficial.
• Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous.
• Experience working with secure or sensitive datasets is desirable.
• Exposure to application modernisation or migration initiatives is beneficial.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.
