This is an opportunity to join a digital commerce agency in a senior strategy role, working closely with clients to shape digital products, eCommerce roadmaps, and long-term growth plans. The role combines client leadership, product strategy, and commercial responsibility.

The Role

As a Product Strategy Manager you will be expected to:

  • Lead relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Run discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic planning engagements
  • Define product and commerce strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Translate business requirements into delivery plans alongside design and technology teams
  • Prioritise features, initiatives, and roadmaps based on business value
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional project work
  • Support project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines remain aligned
  • Use customer, performance, and analytics data to guide recommendations
  • Manage commercial performance across a portfolio of accounts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital commerce solutions

Your Skills & Experience

  • Agency, consultancy, or digital product background, working with ecommerece buinesses
  • Experience leading client relationships and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong product strategy, digital strategy, or eCommerce experience
  • Understanding of platforms such as Shopify and broader digital commerce ecosystems
  • Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, and solution priorities
  • Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, proposals, and account growth
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making
