Your tasks
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and enhancing acquisition and underwriting strategies
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities to improve credit outcomes
- Using SQL and analytical techniques to drive strategy decisions
- Supporting approval, limit management, pricing, and exposure management initiatives
- Working closely with risk, analytics, product, and commercial teams to improve lending performance
- Analysing customer and portfolio data to recommend strategy changes
- Contributing to the development of automated credit decisioning processes
Requirements
- Experience within Credit Strategy, Credit Risk, or Lending Analytics
- Experience working on acquisition, underwriting, approval, limit management, exposure management, or pricing strategies
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience using data to influence lending and commercial decisions
- Python and Tableau experience would be advantageous
- SME lending experience is beneficial but not essential
