About the company
Harnham are supporting a leading UK organisation undergoing a large-scale ERP transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the migration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from an on-premise environment to the cloud.
Your tasks
You'll be responsible for leading discovery activities across the finance function, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the future-state Business Central solution.
Responsibilities include
- Leading workshops with business and finance stakeholders
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Producing As-Is and To-Be process maps and BPMN documentation
- Conducting gap analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Challenging existing ways of working and making recommendations
- Creating requirements packs and supporting solution design activities
- Working closely with implementation partners, architects and project teams
- Supporting the wider ERP transformation programme through discovery and analysis activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on ERP transformation programmes
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements in complex business environments
- Strong process mapping, BPMN and business process modelling experience
- Experience working within Dynamics 365 Business Central environments
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive process improvements
- Experience working with Finance teams and processes
- Strong documentation skills including BRDs, functional requirements and process packs
Desirable Experience
- Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud migration projects
- Hospitality, retail, leisure or multi-site organisations
- Intercompany finance processes
- ERP modernisation or finance transformation programmes

£450-500 per day | Outside IR35 | 6 Months Occasional travel to London/Solihull
