VIDEO TRAINING PRODUCER & WEBINAR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

About the company

Harmony Gardens is developing a continuous digital training and property education programme for professional Realtors and Student Realtors. We are looking for a creative and technically competent video producer who can transform practical real estate knowledge into engaging, professional and educational digital content.

Your tasks

• Produce and edit Realtor training videos, tutorials and educational presentations.

• Manage webinar production, livestreaming, recording and replay distribution.

• Work with presenters to develop scripts, storyboards and demonstrations.

• Film approved property inspection and training content.

• Maintain a structured digital learning library.

• Prepare short-form video content for social media and Realtor communities.

• Ensure clear sound, suitable lighting, accurate captions and professional editing.

• Coordinate technical rehearsals and webinar equipment.

• Track content delivery deadlines and production quality.

• Collaborate with the Media Team and Training Manager.

Performance Expectations

• Deliver agreed monthly training and webinar production schedules.

• Maintain a reliable video archive.

• Improve presentation quality and learning accessibility.

• Deliver approved content within deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in video production, editing, webinar production or digital learning media.

• Proficiency with professional editing software and livestreaming tools.

• Strong understanding of audio, lighting, camera operation and digital presentation.

• Experience producing educational or instructional videos.

• Ability to work with presenters who may have limited camera experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating production quality.

What we offer

Proposed Monthly Salary: ₦250,000–₦350,000
