Your Tasks

• Diagnosis and analysis of defective drive systems, if necessary involving other specialists
• Repair and maintenance of drive units
• Responsibility for processing service cases from fault diagnosis to sustainable solution finding for the customer
• Carrying out commissioning as well as service assignments at customers domestically and abroad
• Technical support for our customers on-site to optimize product implementation and to sustainably strengthen business relationships
• Telephone after-sales service and technical consulting for our customers
• Close cooperation with the Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and international subsidiary departments
• General technical support for Sales and Product Management
• Administrative processing and independent completion of service processes

Your Profile

• Successfully completed further training as an Electrical Technician or Mechanical Engineering Technician, or a completed degree (FH) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Sound knowledge in control, regulation, and gear technology
• Good SAP knowledge, especially in the CS and SD modules
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, commissioning, and service assignments domestically and abroad
• Class B driver's license
• High sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
