Job Descriptions

Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and complaints in a friendly, professional, and timely manner through e-commerce platforms
Provide accurate information regarding skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, pricing, promotions, and return policies.
Assist customers with order-related inquiries, shipping updates, and other purchasing issues.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues when necessary.
Follow company guidelines, customer service SOPs, and communication standards.
Monitor and manage incoming customer messages throughout the assigned shift.

Previous experience in Customer Service, E-commerce Admin, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong written communication skills with a friendly, polite, and professional approach.
Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, patient, and responsive.
Interested in beauty and skincare products and willing to learn product knowledge.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia.
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Available to work evening - night shifts and weekends according to the assigned schedule.
Must have a personal laptop/computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable work environment for remote work.
Willing to work on a temporary freelance basis for the required assignment period.
