Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Participate in depositions and court hearings. Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys. Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to cases. Manage discovery processes, including document production and interrogatories. Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization. Maintain client communications and provide regular updates on case progress. Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods. Prepare legal correspondence and maintain thorough case files. Attend client meetings and provide legal advice. Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years post-call experience in litigation and corporate/commercial practice from a recognised firm or organisation. Strong writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail.
