HSE Officer

Responsibilities:

Monitor compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures. Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. Assist in implementing appropriate corrective and preventive safety measures. Promote safety awareness and safe work practices among employees. Support the organization of HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs. Ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees. Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant HSE experience is an added advantage. Strong interest in workplace health, safety, and environmental management. Basic understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, incident reporting, and safety procedures. Knowledge of PPE requirements and workplace safety practices. Good documentation and report-writing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential safety risks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Female candidates preferred.
