Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the growth and operations of our solar energy company in Ghana.

The ideal candidate will be a strong business operator with the ability to translate the vision of the CEO and shareholders into clear strategy, execution, revenue growth, and sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead overall business operations and execution Develop and execute commercial and growth strategies Drive sales, business development, partnerships, and customer acquisition Oversee finance, procurement, operations, and performance Build and lead high-performing teams Establish effective processes, systems, and accountability Identify new market and business opportunities Ensure the company achieves its strategic and financial objectives What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in senior business or operational leadership Strong commercial and business-development skills Demonstrated ability to grow a business, product, or business unit Strong financial and strategic understanding Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of results Experience in solar, energy, technology, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry is an advantage
