MSR Technician / Automation

On behalf of a client in the Linz area, I am currently looking for 1 MSR Technician / Automation

Areas of responsibility:

You will work independently in the field of electrical engineering and automation and undertake activities related to industrial measurement and control technology:

• Coordination of technical requirements together with internal specialist departments as well as with customers and suppliers

• Planning and design of measurement and automation components (e.g., sensor technology, analytics, weighing systems, and actuators)

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for assembly, commissioning, and service

• Testing and acceptance of systems before delivery

• Support of assembly and commissioning - including analysis and documentation of measurement data

• Training of users as well as technical handover of the systems

• Support during malfunctions, root cause analysis, and continuous optimization of existing plants

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training (electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology)

• Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

• Experience with engineering software solutions such as CAPE & COMOS is desirable

• Good English skills in speaking and writing

• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
