Happyfit is looking for a KOL & Affiliate Specialist who is passionate about influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and driving business growth through impactful collaborations.
Your tasks
- Develop and execute KOL, influencer, and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Research, identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and agencies.
- Manage end-to-end KOL and affiliate campaigns, from sourcing and negotiation to execution and performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain KOL and affiliate databases and monitor campaign deliverables.
- Manage and grow affiliate programs to drive engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, and Live Streaming teams to execute impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and managing KOL and affiliate partnerships.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce affiliate platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Passionate about fitness, activewear, sportswear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
