Your tasks
You will deliver engaging WSQ courses for adult learners in public, private, and corporate settings, facilitating practical learning across diverse subjects including branding, AI, animation, and digital topics. Training and preparation are provided to support your development as a trainer.
- Facilitate interactive classes for adult learners in public, private, and corporate environments to enhance their practical skills and knowledge
- Explain concepts clearly using practical demonstrations, activities, and real-world examples to ensure learner comprehension
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate learners’ diverse backgrounds and experience levels for effective knowledge transfer
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and learning materials aligned with course objectives
- Support learners in applying skills learned to real-world contexts, fostering confidence and competence
- Collaborate with the team to review and enhance course content and improve the overall learning experience
- Participate in internal training sessions to deepen subject knowledge and improve facilitation skills
- Manage weekend class facilitation as required by the training schedule
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ACTA or ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Prior experience in training, coaching, teaching, or delivering presentations is beneficial
- Interest or experience in branding, tangible products, AI, animation, or other creative and digital subjects
- Willingness to learn new topics and continuously develop as a professional trainer
- Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and engaging adult learners
- Patient, approachable, and committed to supporting learner success
